Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Walleon account using the in-app option or by submitting an email request.

Option 1 — Delete from the App

If the option is available on your device, go to Profile → Account Info → Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps. Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request by Email

If you cannot access the in-app option, email us at support@walleon.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Please include:

The email address associated with your Walleon account.

Requests are processed after we verify account ownership. Verified requests are completed within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your account profile and authentication credentials
All expenses, income records, and transactions
Wallets, budgets, and spending categories
Upcoming bills and recurring entries
Linked payment method metadata

Note: Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable law or for fraud prevention and security purposes.
